Anything we supply and fit belongs to us (Heat Ur Homes Ltd) until the job is finished and we receive full payment after the invoice has been sent. If any items go missing or get damaged whilst we are not on-site, it will have to be rectified by the customer and paid for.

Our price is our price, however if there is more work required to get the job done we will inform the customer beforehand and let them know how much extra it will be before carrying out any extra work.

If the customer asks for any extra work to be carried out and it is not included in the quote, there will be an additional charge discussed.
